Ancedote #1267 supporting my hate for the CTA and public transportation in general:

There is a medium-sized house fire right up against the EL tracks near Fullerton, about a block away or so. They've stoped all north and south bound trains. I know it isn't their fault and their protecting the safty of their customers and the firemen, but I was gonna get home early today. And take a nap. Plus, it is my right as an American to blame someone when things don't go my way, so it might as well be the CTA (as even I can't find a way to blame this on Bush). ::Mourns the loss of napping time::

In school news, I've started looking at graduate schools. I can not express how scary and nerve-wracking this processes is. At least I got all the classes I wanted for next quarter when I registered this morning.
